System mails sent out are tracked. The module contains an extended attendance tracking as well as a management tool for attendees, trainers, learning materials and third party resources. Serial letters can be sent out to mail as well as to printer. o Highly simplified user management module based on JSON to allow non-administrators (id est. Moodle managers) a way to modify and create users. Toolset allows to be configured so that users are enrolled into right tenant, category and courses automatically. o Tenancy system for Moodle o Full certification module that allows PDF templates to be uploaded by users. PDF templates are then used as based for printed certificates. The module was created using FBDF and FPDI. As PDFs cannot be changed using PHP standalone without usage of Adobe libraries the gradings and user information as well as customizations like signatures are written on transparent overlays. In addition all certificates for all users can be created as a batch job. Certificate creation can have so called blockers. This means that a certificate is just generated if a user has fulfilled all requirements before. o User defined repository containing an AJAX driven file/folder browser. o Automatically importing users from external directory forests by cron and automatically enroll them into standard mandatory courses, tenants and categories. Also updates names, usernames, mail-addresses after e.g. marriage. All actions and errors are logged into separated CSV files.
